It was perfect. I didn't use the voice function since it's late at night but I'll definitely try the voice function next time. but he was very patient which was nice, especially since it is midnight on a sunday. He helped me work through the problem easy peasy, I know understand how the mechanism is formed and I feel I can apply it to similar problems moving forwards.
