The tutor that I had received, Sterling H, was extremely helpful. He guided me step by step with my essay, and gave me advice on what I needed help with (moral of my essay, plot elements.) Like the Honor Code promised, he did not give out any answers, which I was very glad of. He was very patient, as the session took almost an hour. I would recommend him to any student who needs help. Additionally, tutor.com is a great website. At the beginning, when I entered a question, I did not realize that this was going to be a live chat, and instead thought that it was going to be an experience where the tutor attached feedback and would send it to you. However, I feel that the live chat was better than what I had anticipated, as the tutor gave me live feedback and I could ask to confirm the information given at any time. Overall, the tutor assigned to me was very helpful, and this website gave me a wonderful opportunity to learn.

This tutor needs to adjust his patience with students. He doesn't follow a chronological order with addressing issues and moves on before they are fully addressed. I felt rushed through my writing. The whole session felt aggressive. His points were helpful but we didn't get to go over everything. Partially because of the time limit I wish this system would change. (we are typing to communicate the session are going to go over time. Being rushed and passed around by tutor is the number 1 reason for frustration using this program). We also didn't get through every thing because the tutor rushing caused so much confusion in communication the time got wasted trying to explain what the other was referring to. Overall sucky but not useless session.
