Man this was great! He was clear, patient and he let me do my work then correcting me clear and slowly making sure i understood the problem. I assume many people inside LAUSD don't use this but man this is so wonderful and amazing i wish that everyone can be able to access website like this ones. Im in 8th grade and this is my first time using this app and it was wonderful. infinite stars! :D This is very useful especially when your class is very noisy and it really bothers you when the teacher cant teach because of others so i use this time to understand the topic better which makes learning easier.

It was different not having microphone access, so the service is 100% reliant on the chat. So I think if the service could have a small like floating chat box that can stay in the corner of the screen while you navigate to the different pages you are showing the tutor through screen share.
