I have been a teaching assistant for various upper-division college courses (i.e., psychology of women, developmental psychology, and marital adjustment). I frequently grade complex research papers, reading comprehension write-ups, and written discussion responses. I have written and graded a number of APA papers, and I am comfortable writing in APA format.

I value the one-on-one help a tutor can offer a student. Tutoring allows me to personalize academic questions in a way that benefits the student's needs. I also enjoy helping students expand their scholastic skills, boosting their confidence, and encouraging them to feel comfortable with a challenging subject.
