I like when the students reach that "aha" moment, and they realize that it looks more complicated than it actually is. Everybody can learn statistics; it's just a matter to understand what are we doing, and then the formulas just make sense.

Ivan was great! Question 6.2.2 number 2 the first time calculated the question was wrong. We recalculated it three times and it always came out the same and the last two answer said it was wrong but according to the calculations it should have been right. But Ivan is a great tutor.
