It really was not useful when the tutor has no knowledge of the assignments. It would have been much better if they had access to materials and could assist with expectations. As it was, I had to provide all text links and explain the assignment and they then had to guess at what I was supposed to do. Which is really what I was sitting here doing by myself. Otherwise, they were very responsive and helpful - just not in the way I really needed, ie: for this assignment your professor is expecting you to xyz...
