The Princeton Review Announces New CEO

NEW YORK, N.Y. (October 31, 2017) – The Princeton Review announced today that the Board of Directors has elected Andrew (Andy) Feld as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Feld succeeds Kate Eberle Walker, who has been CEO of the Company since 2015.

“Kate has been instrumental in leading The Princeton Review over the past several years, including through this important period of transition of ownership to ST Unitas. We are grateful for her service and now look forward to the next era of leadership under ST Unitas ownership,” said David Yoon, CEO of ST Unitas.

Andy joins The Princeton Review with extensive experience as a global business leader for more than 25 years in various B2C and B2B markets. Andy’s previous career includes business, marketing, international and brand leadership positions with W. L. Gore and Associates and 3M.
